Please ensure your dancer is prepped to the following criteria prior to arriving to your appointment:

Toe nails must be clipped short, but comfortable, and feet are clean
Wearing Convertible Tights is greatly encouraged, but shall not be worn over the foot prior to your appointment
If dancer has selected previous pointe experience, please bring any prior worn shoes, and all accessories worn during usual pointe work (ie. toepads, lambs wool, spacers, toe tape, etc.)

Return Policy

Returns are for store credit or exchange only. Items need to be unworn with tags attached and original receipt. No refunds.

Undergrarments, tights, jewelry, and hair accessories.
Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.

Online returns can be requested via email. The cost of the label is a flat rate of $7 (we will email you a return label) or the customer's responsibility. You can also return in person at our dance studio.
